Inside Giering's Upgraded EC-1 Electrocoat Line: What Changed and Why It Matters

We also added filtration on the spray nozzles themselves. Clogged nozzles are one of the quiet causes of missed spots in metal finishing — a nozzle drifts out of spec, and coverage suffers without anyone noticing. We replaced on/off high-energy heating elements with high-efficiency boilers that modulate heat evenly. Even, controlled heating protects the chemical composition of our cleaning and treatment baths from deteriorating, which translates directly into better, more level coverage on your parts — and lower energy consumption for the process overall.
